Taking the first step towards therapy can feel exciting and hopeful. At the same time, it can sometimes feel daunting, particularly when you're already navigating challenges or uncertainty.

My aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible throughout the whole journey.

Make an Enquiry

If you're interested in working together, you can get in touch via email. I aim to respond within one business day.

I welcome enquiries from prospective clients, parents, and referrers, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have before getting started.

What Happens Next?

If it sounds like we’re a good fit, we'll arrange an initial appointment and begin the process of understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it.
