Psychological Support Tailored to Your Goals

Based in Canberra, I provide individual psychological therapy via secure video telehealth for adolescents and adults in the Canberra region and across Australia.

Many of the people I work with are navigating periods of change, uncertainty, or difficulty in their lives. They may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, perfectionism, eating or body image concerns, or finding it difficult to move towards the life they want to live.

While everyone’s experiences are unique, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where difficulties can be understood, strengths can be recognised, and meaningful change can occur.

Adolescents

Adolescence is a time of significant growth and change. Young people are often navigating increasing independence, developing a sense of identity, managing academic pressures, building relationships, and working out who they are and who they want to become.

For some, these challenges may contribute to feelings of anxiety, stress, self-doubt, low mood, difficulties with eating or body image, or struggles in relationships and everyday life. For others, they may simply want a supportive space to talk through what is happening and make sense of their experiences. Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand these challenges and develop new ways of responding to them.

I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where young people can make sense of what they are experiencing, build on their strengths, and develop the confidence and skills needed to move forward in meaningful ways.

Adults

Life rarely unfolds exactly as we expect. Many adults find themselves navigating competing responsibilities, changing relationships, career pressures, health concerns, or significant life transitions, all while trying to maintain their wellbeing and continue moving forward.

Sometimes these challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. At other times, people seek therapy not because something is wrong, but because they want to better understand themselves, improve their wellbeing, or live more intentionally.

Therapy provides a space to make sense of these experiences, identify what is most important, and develop practical pathways towards meaningful and lasting change.

Areas of Support

While everyone’s experiences are unique, many of the people I work with are seeking support in one or more of the following areas.

Eating Disorders & Body Image Concerns

Support for eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and difficulties relating to self-worth and wellbeing. I work with people experiencing concerns across a broad spectrum, from body dissatisfaction and unhelpful eating patterns through to more significant eating-related difficulties.

Anxiety, Stress & Low Mood

Helping people better understand and manage emotional difficulties that may be affecting their mental health, wellbeing, relationships, or daily life.

Life Transitions & Change

Support during periods of uncertainty, adjustment, and growth, including changes in relationships, study, work, health, identity, family circumstances, and other significant life events.
